IPTV Canada respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This page explains how rights holders can submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent Canadian notice provisions.

Submitting a Notice

If you believe content accessible through this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice via our Contact page including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
  3. Your full name, organization, mailing address, email and phone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

We review complete notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material found to be infringing. Incomplete notices may be rejected until the required information is provided.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
