Setting up your IPTV Canada subscription takes about 5 minutes on any device. Find your device below and follow the steps. If you get stuck at any point, message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.

🔥 Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

  1. From the home screen, open Find → Search and type Downloader, then install the Downloader app.
  2. Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable Install unknown apps for Downloader.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the IPTV Smarters download URL we send you with your subscription.
  4. Install the app, open it, and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  5. Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message. Done!

📺 Smart TV (Samsung / LG / Android TV)

  1. Open your TV's app store and install IPTV Smarters Pro (or Smart IPTV / Bay IPTV if Smarters is unavailable in your region).
  2. Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
  3. Enter the credentials from your welcome message and tap Add User.
  4. Wait for the channel list and EPG to load, then start watching.

🤖 Android Phone / Tablet / Box

  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate from Google Play.
  2. Choose Xtream Codes API login and enter your credentials.
  3. Optional: in TiviMate, enable the EPG source we provide for the full program guide.

🍎 iPhone / iPad / Apple TV

  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite from the App Store.
  2. Select Xtream Codes API and enter your credentials.
  3. On Apple TV, you can also use iPlayTV with your M3U link.

📡 MAG / Enigma2 Receivers

  1. Send us your device's MAC address on WhatsApp (found in Settings → Device Info).
  2. We register the device and send you a portal URL.
  3. Enter the portal URL in Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals, then restart the box.

💻 Windows / Mac

  1. Install IPTV Smarters for Desktop or the free VLC Media Player.
  2. Smarters: log in with Xtream Codes API. VLC: open Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link.

Troubleshooting Basics

  • Buffering? Restart your router, prefer wired Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and close other streaming apps.
  • Channels not loading? Verify your credentials have no extra spaces, then restart the app.
  • EPG empty? Refresh the EPG source in the app settings — it can take a few minutes on first load.
