1. The Service
We provide access to IPTV streaming content for the duration of the plan you purchase. Channel lineups and VOD content may change over time as sources are added or removed.
2. Accounts & Fair Use
- Your credentials are personal. Sharing or reselling them without authorization may result in suspension without refund.
- The number of simultaneous connections is limited by your plan.
- Automated scraping, restreaming or redistribution of the service is prohibited.
3. Payments & Renewals
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration and do not auto-renew unless you explicitly arrange it. We will remind you before your plan expires.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee). Please refer to that page for eligibility and process.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by your internet connection, device configuration or third-party sources are outside our control. We will always work with you to resolve issues promptly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only in ways that comply with the laws applicable in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this page.
