Every IPTV Canada subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work satisfactorily for you and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support on WhatsApp or via the Contact page within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the name/number used for the order and a short description of the issue.
  3. Give our team a chance to fix the problem — most issues (buffering, login, missing channels) are resolved within one conversation.
  4. If we can't fix it, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility Notes

  • The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan; renewals are covered for technical failures we cannot resolve.
  • Refunds may be declined for accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service (e.g. credential sharing or restreaming).
  • Free trials are provided precisely so you can test everything first — we encourage every customer to take one before paying.

Partial Periods

After the 30-day window, refunds for the unused portion of a subscription are considered case by case for verified, unresolvable technical problems.
